Alteza hires Blue Clover as Agency of Record
Alteza—the luxury condominiums project nearing completion atop the 34-story Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk in downtown San Antonio—has chosen Blue Clover, an award-winning On and Off-Line branding™ firm based in San Antonio, as its Agency of Record, with a strong emphasis on Public Relations. Blue Clover will create a comprehensive portfolio of sales and marketing materials for use in the process of selling the balance of these high-rise condominiums, now that the first condos on the 25th floor are complete.
Specifically, as Agency of Record for Alteza, Blue Clover is responsible for the creation and implementation of all collateral materials, public relations and special events, media buys, Mexico outreach and strategy for this downtown real estate development.
With 147 condominium homes on floors 25 through 34 ranging from 800 to 6,000 square feet, Alteza sits above the Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk, a modern luxury hotel consisting of more than 1,000 rooms. Alteza residents will enjoy 24-hour security and concierge service and private, secure entrances/elevators/parking, as well as many of the four-star hotel’s amenities such as room service, world-class fitness center and riverside restaurants.
“Blue Clover is dedicated to San Antonio, and we are particularly advocates of its downtown; several of the partners even live downtown,” says José Sena, president, CEO and co-founding partner of Blue Clover. “And a success for a visible, high-end project such as Alteza is a success for downtown and the City of San Antonio. Real estate development and marketing are passions of mine, so bringing Alteza to full capacity is a challenge we are looking forward to.”
“Downtown San Antonio is such a fun and vibrant place. We look forward to being part of the lifestyle and the skyline,” says Jim Jaco, President /COO of the Realm Group, owners of Alteza.
“We felt it was critical to not only join forces with a local company, but to work with a firm that understands and appreciates downtown San Antonio. The Blue Clover team was the obvious choice. We are so excited about this new partnership,” says Scott Nisson, director of sales and marketing, Alteza.
