Charlie Gonzalez is a U.S. Representative in the 20th Congressional District of Texas. This isn't your typical Capitol Hill invitation. To understand the design, you need to understand Charlie. He is one of the most energetic guys on the planet, and he gets it done. His 60th birthday was a blast, complete with frozen margaritas, Vodka snowcones, and frozen rum and Cokes. I think they're still talking about this in Washington...(the design, that is).
