Tracage was the first high-end living project of its kind in New Orleans after hurricane Katrina in 2005. We designed this direct mail piece to promote the project to our target audience at the very beginning of it to build excitement and awareness. Even though some of the renderings at this time were preliminary, it was important that we were first-to-market because several competitors were coming into the mix quickly. We highlighted all of the key features and amenities, as well as the renderings of the building. The call-to-action was to go to the website where the prospect could take a virtual tour and get specific information on units, square footage and pricing.
