Espada
Logo Design
Espada is the first San Antonio project for Sugar Land-based Terramark Group, a commercial and residential real estate development and home building company. The Espada master-planned development needed an identity that could relate to the market in South San Antonio. We chose Espada based on the geographical reference, but also used an old-Spanish quill-style font and cleverly placed the sword where the "p" is.
